About iWorx

In March 2006, iWorx was born.  Shawn Briddon left the employment of Softline Pastel (now Sage Pastel) to start up iWorx CC as a Pastel dealer in his home town of Pretoria.  Over the years Shawn has grown the business, adding many loyal clients and different products to iWorx’ portfolio.  Richard Mills joined iWorx in 2013.

 

Shawn is from an IT background, completing his MCSE and working in London for an IT company before returning to SA and working at Softline Pastel (now Sage Pastel) before starting his own business.

 

Richard has a Bcom (Accounting Sciences) degree from the University of Pretoria and has more than 10 years’ financial management experience.  He has been involved in many different areas of accounting and system implementations. 

 

Richard and Shawn have more than 25 years’ combined experience in Sage Pastel products, IT support and the full accounting function.

 

Over the years we have steadily grown from strength to strength, adding more loyal and happy clients to our portfolio and offering sales and related services of many different Sage Pastel products.

Services

iWorx provides sales, support, training and implementation services across the Sage Pastel product range.  We have extensive knowledge from a technical and accounting best practices point of view.  We offer an excellent turnaround time and prioritize our workload according to our clients' needs.  iWorx has many loyal and happy clients that we have been servicing for almost 10 years, see our client portfolio (link to client portfolio page).

 

Sage Pastel Support services

iWorx offers support for all the Sage products and we are qualified to assist with Payroll and Accounting advice and support.  At iWorx you don’t just buy the product and never hear from us again - we like to offer ongoing support and guidance to our clients and assist them to continually improve their accounting systems.

 

Remote Support services

Remote support is offered to all out clients at a small annual fee, to pay for the annual purchase of the software.  We use the latest remote desktop software, Teamviewer that provides a fully encrypted connection to your PC.
